Thanks to the combination of OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies, the Wi-Fi 6 standard provides up to 4 times the network capacity and 2.7 times higher connection speeds compared to the Wi-Fi 5 standard. It also supports 160 MHz channels to deliver multi-gigabit speeds with low latency, increased bandwidth, and to eliminate the issue of congested radio channels.

No Interference

The ROG Rapture GT6 supports the recently expanded UNII-4 spectrum or 5.9 GHz band. This band fully unlocks the capabilities of Wi-Fi 6, providing a third additional 160 MHz channel to enhance Wi-Fi network performance. Thanks to this advantage, users receive a stable and fast backhaul connection for the mesh system, as well as an extended range of the 160 MHz channel by up to 20% 2 without the need to purchase devices that explicitly support the 5.9 GHz band.

The exclusive three-level ROG acceleration technology improves connection stability, enhancing synchronization with the server, reducing latency, lowering ping, and increasing the speed of new gaming experiences.

Security in Public Wi-Fi Networks

The ASUS Instant Guard technology allows users to use their system based on ASUS routers as a VPN tunnel when they are on the go, for a safer connection to the internet through public Wi-Fi networks.
