Payment
At Naverio LTD, we maintain a transparent and secure payment process to ensure reliability and confidence for every customer.
We accept SEPA bank transfer only.
Cash on delivery, payment upon receipt, and in-person card payments are not available.
All orders require 100% prepayment before processing.
Once payment is received and confirmed, your order will be forwarded to the respective Supplier for preparation and dispatch.
Payments can be made in Euros (EUR) or another currency equivalent to the total Euro amount at the exchange rate determined by our bank at the time of receipt.
Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees associated with SEPA or SWIFT payments.
Payment details and bank account information will be provided in your Order Confirmation email after purchase.
Delivery
We deliver our products to most countries within the European Union.
All deliveries are handled by our third-party Suppliers or their logistics partners, who manage the dispatch and transportation of goods directly to customers.
Delivery times and costs depend on the Supplier and the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transportation once goods have been dispatched by the Supplier.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been sent.
Please review all delivery information carefully before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
Risk and Responsibility
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address or to the carrier, whichever occurs first.
We recommend inspecting all goods immediately upon receipt.
Any claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
