Choose the built-in storage that suits you: 64 GB eMMC, 256 GB NVMe SSD (faster), or 512 GB NVMe SSD (fastest). If you need even more memory, expand the built-in storage with a microSD card and download even more games.

The Steam Deck speakers sound just right! The built-in digital signal processor delivers clear sound and a wide soundstage, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in what’s happening. Connect your favorite headphones or use the built-in dual microphones to chat with friends.

Battery: 40 Wh

The built-in 40 Wh battery of the Steam Deck will provide several hours of gaming in most cases. For streaming from other devices, playing small 2D games, or browsing, the battery life can reach 7-8 hours.

Expandable Input/Output

All features are in one USB-C port. It is used for charging, peripherals, and even for carrying games to a big screen. You can use any USB hub to expand your capabilities or purchase the Steam Deck dock when it is released. More details about it below.

Quick Suspend and Resume

We added a quick suspend and resume feature in SteamOS. Press the power button, and the Steam Deck will suspend your game and enter sleep mode. Press the power button again, and it will turn on, allowing you to continue playing from where you left off.

Expand Your Library with a microSD Card

All Steam Deck models support storage expansion with microSD cards. Games stored on the microSD card will immediately appear in your library.
